Dr. Walter L. Swinson is the founder and president of the Christian Education Ministries and Training Programs. Dr. Swinson serves as an Associate Minister at the Open Heart Church of Philadelphia. He is also the Dean and Ordination Chairperson for Open Heart Ministries International Dr. Swinson's pastor is James Boone and his presiding Bishop is Robert Hanna. Dr. Swinson is also an licensd and ordained minister with the Fellowship of Christ International. Additionally, Dr. Swinson serves as the Pennsylvania District President of the World Natural Health Organization

Dr. Swinson is a former member of the Nation of Islam and later the Orthodox Muslim Community. He has established himself as an expert in the field of Christian Apologetics. Dr. Swinson has lectured at numerous churches and colleges such as: Temple University, Community College, Lincoln University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
