The Pastor of the Living Word Church of Open Heart is Dr. Walter Swinson. Pastor Swinson is also the Founder and President of Christian Education Ministries and The Living Word Bible Institute. Elect Lady Louise Swinson is the wife of Pastor Swinson and they have been married for 30 years and they have four children. Elect Lady Swinson is in charge of the Women In Ministry. Pastor and Sister Swinson's greatest desire is to please God- do the work of the ministry and serve the people of God.

Our Foundational Scripture is James 1:22 that reads- "But be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves." Our goal is to teach educate and train people to live godly lives before the LORD. We also equip people for ministry. We strongly believe in the gifts of the Spirit and believe that God still saves-heals-delivers-and performs miracles. We are a balanced Church.
