FOCUS OF THE MINISTRY



Living Word Church Of Open Heart is the daughter Church of Open Heart Ministries International. Living Word Church is also the sister Church of Open Heart Church of Philadelphia- Open Heart Church of Springfield Mass. and Open Heart Church of Kingstree South Carolina. Bishop Robert P. Hanna is the Presiding Bishop over these ministries. Mother Maxcine Hanna serves as the General Mother over these Ministries.

Living Word Church puts tremendous emphasis on the three essentials for a healthy and productive Christian. Those essentials are:

  1. Studying and knowing the Word of God.
  2. Prayer.
  3. Fellowship/Church Attendance.

Our Foundational Scripture is James 1:22 that reads- "But be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves." Our goal is to teach educate and train people to live godly lives before the LORD. We also equip people for ministry. We strongly believe in the gifts of the Spirit and believe that God still saves-heals-delivers-and performs miracles. We are a balanced Church.
